MCS Spindles

The SETCO MCS Series (Motorized Compact Spindle) is a permanent magnet DC brushless motorized spindle that delivers a combination of speed and power for wide variety of machining needs.  MSC is the ideal solution for applications requiring a compact design and programmable speed features.  MCS spindles are liquid cooled and grease lubricated to provide years of trouble-free performance.  Shown here is block design, cartridge versions are also available for "close center" applications. As a standard option, the MSC-1HS spindle can be configured with a programmable Sieb & Meyer controller.

6100 Series

The SETCO 6100 Series is a motorized spindle design with models for boring, milling, and grinding applications.  The 6100 series is offered in six sizes and four distinct spindle types.   All models are ruggedly designed for long-life and trouble-free performance.  The 6100 series spindle is available with a wide variety of horsepower and speed combinations.

2700/2800 Series Grinding Spindles

The SETCO 2700/2800 series motorized spindles are designed for surface grinding applications; such as planers, lathes, vertical boring mills, and vertical turret lathes. The 2700 series is a bracket mount design, while the 2800 series features a foot mounted design.  Both models are ruggedly designed for lasting trouble-free performance.   These spindles are available in a wide range of horsepower and speed combinations.
