The new line of High Performance SETCO Spindle Lubricants– SETCO SSL-02, SSL-03, SSL-04 – use advanced chemical formulations to enable spindles to run faster, longer, and cooler for a competitive edge that no other spindle manufacture can offer.

The SETCO Lubricants were jointly developed and are exclusively formulated for SETCO by Lubcon Turmo Lubrication Inc., located in Germany and is one of the world's premiere lubricant manufacturers. These greases are only available though SETCO and are now used in virtually all SETCO spindles -- New spindles and spindle rebuilds.

SETCO Introduced a New Style of Belt Tensioner that Takes the Guesswork Out of Field Belt Adjustments

The new style of belt tensioner was designed for precision spindle application and is based on the fixed motor principle that relies on a movable idler to properly tension the belt, rather than tensioning with a motor mounted to a moving slider plate. The new design takes the guess work out of "field adjusting" a spindle drive belt.
